Cummings & wife Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this one-story, framed dwelling. I was admitted to the building by Mr. Louis Edson of the First Town Realty of Southold, and began this inspection at approximately 2:45 P.M. The building consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Heat is furnished to all rooms by a gas-fired, warm air furnace located in cellar of building's cement block foundation. An enclosure pro- tects the rear entry to building, and an enclosed front porch protects front entry to living room area. There is a wood framed, two-car garage accessory structure in the rear yard of the premises. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, New York, were found: Front porch ~ - floor joints and plates destroyed by termites; deformation in porch has occured, Article III, Section 52-30 A B. Two-~ - center supporting posts between ~ garage doors trimmed at this area shows evidence of termite destruction, Article III, Section 52-31 B. Inspection completed at ~proximately 3:00 P.M.
