Final sunvey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Fina~ approval of Health Dept. of water suopv and sewerage disoosal--(S.9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Bo'ard'of Fire Under'writ'ers. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, iVlultiple Residences and similar building~ and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildines and "pre-existing" land uses: loAccurate sur~zey of peoperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. I have owned the premises aforementioned since December 9th, 1967 and I have continually used the premises since that date~ For the last two years to the present time, I have been using the presses for storage ' 3.
