Prior to 1950 said premises were owned by August Gelhaus and wife, who constructed the residence and cabin, as shcm~n on said survey. Thereafter the premises were %ransfered to Frank E. Magor and wife; thereafter to Ben H. Jacobsen and Millicent R. Jacobsen; and thereafter to William R. Collins and Ruth E. Collins.
