southerly terminus of Vanston Road from the intersection of the south-
easterly corner of Vanston Road with the southwesterly corner of Lot 250
as shown on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point", an3
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map #156;
running thence from said true point or place of beginning, along the
southerly terminus of Vanston Road, the following 2 courses and distanc-1

14.0 feet to land now or formerly of Clarke ; running thence along said
last mentioned land, the following 2 courses and distances : (1) South

to the bulkhead at the high water mark of Great Peconic Bay; running
thence along said bulkhead, South 39' 09' 30" East, 169.85 feet to land
