The grantees herein, Andreas N. Karacostas and Soteria A. Karacostas,

a wife, hereinbelow affix their signatures to this instrument evidencing
u. e : their agreement to assume and pay the existing mortgage on the -
premises described herein which was made to the Southold Savings Bank
by M.S.T. Construction Corp. , the grantor herein, dated June 20, 1973
and recorded June 26, 1973 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in
Liber 6765 at page 05, on which the present remaining principal
balance is $21, 000. 00 with Cinterest paid to October 30, 1973 .

the party of the second part forever.
