(Avenue) distant 300 feet southerly from the corner formed by the
intersection of Main Road (New York State Route 25) with the easterlv
side of Marratooka Lane; running thence South 88 degrees 37 minutes
40 seconds East 150 feet; running thence South 1 degree 22 minutes
20 seconds West 100 feet; running thence North 88 degrees 37 minutes
40 seconds West 150 feet to the easterly side of Marratooka Lane;
and running thence along the easterly side of Marratooka Lane North
1 degree 22 minutes 20 seconds East 100 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting said
premises .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by John 114
J. Miska to the party of the first part herein by deed dated June
24, 1963 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on June 28,
1963 in Liber 5370 of deeds at page 379 .

THIS CONVEYANCE is subject to a mortgage executed by Gunter I
Morchel and Gisela Morchek, his wife, to Southold Savings Bank, dater]
Jauuary 8, 1964 in the principal sum of $9, 000. 00, and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on January 1.6, 1964 in Liber 4290 of
mortgages at page 585, and which said mortgage was consolidated -i.th
a further mortgage executed by Gunter Morchel and Gisela Morchel, hi:;
wife, to Southold Savings Bank, dated May 10, 1968 and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on May 16, 1968 in Liber 5378 of mort-
gages at page 178, so as to constitute one single first mortgage in
the sum of $16, 584 .24, on which said mortgage there is now due and
unpaid, as of this date, the principal sum of $13,887. 78 with interest
thereon,
