easterly side of Victoria Drive, 332 .0 feet to the southerly side
of Ed 's Road, and
2) South 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East along the

LOT of the premises herein being described; from said point of
beginning,

along the southerly side of Ed 's Road, 110 feet;
