West 72.66 feet to the point of beginning, said last mentioned two

twenty feet wide hereinafter referred to.
TOGETHER also with a right-of-way over and upon said
• land now or formerly of Alonzo F. Robinson along the two courses
and distances last above mentioned, being ten (10) feet in width
{ measured at right angles to each of said two courses.
SUBJECT; however, to a right-of-way in favor of said
Stanley Naugles and Genevieve M. Naugles, his wife, and Alonzo
F. Robinson, their heirs, distributees and assigns, over and
upon the above described premises along- the two courses and

width measured at right angles to each said two courses.
The said premises being and intended to be conveyed
are the same as were conveyed to Maurice Galburt and Selma G.
Galburt by deed from Edward Knipping and Gloria Knipping and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office June 2 1949,
