Cochran and lands now or formerly of Mills , and which point is distant34.86 feet on a course South 30 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds West from the intersection of the southerly line of Main Bayview Road with the westerly line of land of Mills and the easterly line of lands conveyed to Helen G.
