The Planning Board has reviewed your letter of March 1,
1990 requesting a waiver of site plan review.
The Board has determined that the proposed use of your real
estate office as a plumbing/heating s~les and supply business is
not a more intensive use of the property.
A plumbing/heating business is a permitted use in this
Light Industrial (LI) District, and as such the Board waives the
site plan requirements.
