of beginning be where the division line between the premises herein described and lands now or
formerly of James F. Wills and Maureen A. Wills intersects the northerly side of Pine Neck Road,
said point of beginning also being 999 feet more or less (tax map) westerly from the intersection
of the westerly side of Oaklawn Avenue with the northerly side of Pine Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Pine Neck Road North 84 degrees 15

RUNNING THENCE easterly along the high water meander line as of 12/9/94 the following

point or place of BEGINNING.
