the $93, 000. 00 mortgage given to Adam Zaveski and Sophie Zaveski
dated February 28 , 1974 recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk ' s
Office at Liber 7016 page 555 on which the present balance is
$34,125. 00.
ASSUMPTION OF FEDERAL LAND BANK MORTGAGE. The grantees by their
acceptance of this deed assume and agree to pay the $65,000. 00 note
and mortgage given to the Federal Land Bank of Springfield dated
July 1 , 1972 recorded at the Suffolk__ County Clerk' s Office at Liber
6408 page 534 which has been reduced by releases to cover only the
property herein being conveyed and on which there is a present
balance of $26,552.50.
ASSUMPTION OF ZAVESKI MORTGAGE. The grantees by ,their acceptance.
of this deed assume and agree to pay the $93 ,000. 00 bond and
mortgage given to edam Zaveski and Sophie Zaveski dated February 28 ,
1974 recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office at Liber 7016
page 555 which has been reduced by releases to cover only the
property herein being conveyed and on which there is a present
( balance of $34 ,125. 00.
DISCOLSURE. The grantees have been given copies of all notes , bonds,
mortgages, releases, and estoppel statements regarding the above
mortgages.
PLAIN LANGUAGE. The grantees, John Zaveski and Judith A. Zaveski,
do hereby voluntarily waive the requirement of the use of "plain
language" in this transaction as may be required by New York General
Obligations Law §5-702.
