WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at a point on the west side of Oak Street, where the same
is intersected by the division line between Lots 77 and 78; running
thence westerly along said division line, 125 feet; thence northerly
along the line separating Lots 75-77 from Lots 113-115, a distance
of 75 feet; thence easterly along the division line between Lots
74 and 75, a distance of 125 feet to the west side of Oak Street;
thence southerly along the west side of Oak Street, 75 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the- right to pass and repass, in common with others,
over Lot 27, leading from the east side of Oak Street to high water
mark on Eugene' s Creek_
BEINGthe same premises conveyed to George A. Yoerger and Paula L
Yoerger, his wife, by deed dated May 18, 1965, at Liber #5769

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
ri and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party Of
