FIRST FLOOR - Main House, west side Kitchen: Two entrys, no light switch at either one for controlling light in room - Section 529b. Dining room, living room, no violations. SECOND FLOOR - Six bedrooms and one bath, no violations. VTDCT PT.nnP APARTMENT - east side of building Kitchen: No shut off valve at gas range - Section 508b. Bathroom: Inside, no mechanical means of ventilation - Section 215d. Cellar: Opening in foundation, west wall - Section 302a. ACCESSORY BUILDING APARTMENT - two story, unoccupied No heating system, summer occupancy only - Section 513a. First Floor Bedroom - lamp cord outlet from light socket - Section 528a. Second Floor Kitchen— No shut off valve at gas range - Section 508b. This building has a lean to storage section and has no cellar.
