WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of thesecond part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

75.0 feet to land now or formerly of Pawlik; running thence along
said land the following three cougses and distances: 1) South 57

57° 56' 00" West, 120 feet to land now or formerly of Armstrong;
running thence along said land the following two courses ang dis-

North 57 East, 100.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as that transferred to
the party of the first part by deed dated December 15, 1961 and re-
corded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Decem-
ber 26, 1961 in Liber 5102 page 187, and by deed dated November 15,
1963 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suf-
folk on December 20, 1963 in Liber 5471 page 201 .

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
