THIS INDENTURE, made the /g t0 day of July nineteen hundred and seventy-three,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of hand, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, eituen

jBEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the westerly line of Fleet' s
Neck Road at the southeasterly corner of land of Helinski (party or
the second part) ; THENCE from said point of beginning running along
the westerly line of Fleet ' s Neck Road, South 45 degrees 7.9 mhutes
East 50. 0 feet to Point;' a p , THENCF, running the following two (2)
rc courses and distances :
(1) South 44 degrees 31 minutes West 150. 0 feet to lands now or
formerly of George H. Fleet;
(2) North 45 degrees 29 minutes West 50. 0 feet to lands of
Helinski ( party of the second part) ;
THENCE along said last mentioned lands North 44 degrees 31 minutes
East 150. 0 feet to the westerly side of Fleet ' s Neck Road and the
monument at the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in deed recorded
in Liber 4743, page 520.
BEING AND INTENDED to be a part of the same premises conveyed by
deed dated November 9, 1967, and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 20, 1967, in Liber 6259,
page 33 .

the first part wil! receive the consideration for this conveyance and v✓ill hold the right to receive mads consid-
