hALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Corporation, Cutchogue, Suffolk County, L. I. , N. Y. , Section 1, Daniel R. Young,
P. E„ and L.'S. , Riverhead, N. Y. ", dated November 12, 1930, and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 20, 1930 as and by the
Map No. 539.
Also a free and unobstructed right-of-way over and upon Fleetwood Road and
East Road to pass and repass on foot, with animals or vehicles, to the beach at
East Creek, together with the right and privileges of using for bathing purposes,
that part of the Beach at East Creek which lies Easterly of a point marked by a
cedar bush growing on the said beach. The said right-of-way to the use of said
beach to the parties of the second part, their grantees, lessees, successors and
assigns, of any part thereof.

mtd all the estate and rights of the party, of the, first part in and to said premises; TO IIAVE AND TO
IIOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in Deed dated 4/14/72
and recorded 4/ 17/72 in Liber 7142 cp 79.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part hos not clone or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered ill any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance kith Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and trill hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fond to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the I"- - of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the sante for
any, other purpose.
