LOT paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

feet easterly from the extreme easterly end of a curve connecting tI
easterly side of Corey Creek Lane with the southerly side of Main
Bayview Road.
RUNNING THENCE South 51°00' East, 161 . 30 feet to lands now or for-
merly of Sundquist;
THENCE RUNNING South 39°02 '40" East along lands now or formerly of
Beesie C. Clark, a distance of 151 .44 feet to lands now or formerly
of Silas A.H. Dayton;
THENCE RUNNING North 06°45'40" WestIalong said lands now or formerly
of Silas A.H. Dayton, a 'distance' of 51 . 15 6feet;
THENCE along said lands of Dayton, -Ao�th 8'0513011 West, a distance
of 170.02 feet to the southerly side of Main Bayview Road, to the
point or place of BEGhdNhlNfG.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as that conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated May 26, 1989 and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 10879
page 331 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
