BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Deep dole Drive
where the same is intersected by the Northeasterly side o`f land now
or formerly of Lewis C. Harrod Estate; running thence Nortjte$sterly
along the Southeasterly side of beep Hole Road, on a curve to the
left, having a radius of 147.35 feet, a distance of 60 feet; thence
South 63 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East along land now or
formerly of Rosemary Weisberg, 216.37 feet to the Creek; thence
along the Creek on a tie line of South 21 degrees 59 minutes 00
( seconds West, 169.36 feet to said first mentioned land and thence
North 39 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the same 282,19
feet to the. Southeasterly side of Deep Hole Drive and the point or
place of BEGINNING.
' TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part, if any, of, the land in the bed of the Creek adjacent
to the above described premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated 7/5/67 and recorded on 7/19/67 in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office in Liber 6187 cp 411.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will (told the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. I
The word "party" shall he construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
