Carey & Wf Unoccupied Upon request of Gary Olsen, Attorney, Main Road, Mattituck, for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an in- spection of this one story framed dwelling. I was admitted to building by Mr. Moore of Silkworth Realty who accompanied me during inspection which began at approximately 1:55 P.M. The building is constructed on cement block foundation with crawl space. There are three bedrooms, one and one half bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room. Heat is furnished from a gas fired forced warm air furnace located in enclosure in hallway. A lean-to on east side of building contains a shower, water pump, and provides an entry. There is an unheated enclosed porch on southeast side of building with entry from outside. The following violations of The Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, were found: Entrances - three from exterior, no means of controlling light in room on entry. Article V, Sec. 52-56 B.2.
