HOUSING CODE INSPECTION
November 24, 1975
200 Park Avenue R-1
Mattituck, N. Y.
Tax Roil: Thomas F. Carey & Wf
Unoccupied
Upon request of Gary Olsen, Attorney, Main Road, Mattituck,
for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an in-
spection of this one story framed dwelling. I was admitted
to building by Mr. Moore of Silkworth Realty who accompanied
me during inspection which began at approximately 1:55 P.M.
The building is constructed on cement block foundation
with crawl space. There are three bedrooms, one and one half
bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room. Heat is furnished from
a gas fired forced warm air furnace located in enclosure in
hallway. A lean-to on east side of building contains a shower,
water pump, and provides an entry. There is an unheated
enclosed porch on southeast side of building with entry from
outside.
The following violations of The Housing Code, Chapter 52,
Town of Southold, were found:
Entrances - three from exterior, no means of
controlling light in room on entry.
Article V, Sec. 52-56 B.2.
Building and grounds in good order.

Inspection completed at approximately 2:15 P.M.
Res~¢tfully submitted,
