land of Klaus Beier and also across a right-of-way commonly
known as Miller' s right-of-way 33.67 feet to a monument set
!f3 at the intersection of the easterly line of aforesaid Deer
ath Road with the southerly line of aforesaid Miller' s
pC right-of-way;

thence southwesterly along Mattituck Creek on a tie line course of

thence northerly and westerly the following courses and
distances:
