BONNER (formerly Littis R. Brown) residing at Harbor Lane, Cutchogue, Long Island, New York 11935, party of the first part, and GEORGE A. Sterling to George A. Brown and Littis R. Brown, his wife, by deed recorded in Liber 2392 cp 17 and re-recorded in Liber 2865 cp 195 ; said George A. Brown being deceased. ALSO ALL that tract of land, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, in nn the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, described as (2t_C'E follows : 4, Tr BEGINNING at a point in center line of a certain private right of way 20 feet in width, which point is distant 125 feet east from the point of intersection of the center line of said highway at its westerly end with the easterly line of or side of the town highway known as Harbor Lane; running thence southerly and at right angle to the center of said right of way a distance of 69. 96 feet to land of Jacob F. Bowers; running thence easterly along land of Jacob F. Bowers a distance of 90 feet to a point and other land of Ralph W. Sterling and wife; running thence northerly and on a line parallel with the westerly boundary line of premises hereby conveyed, a distance of 69. 96 feet to the center of said right of way; thence westerly along the center line of said right of way a distance of 90 feet to the point or place of beginning.
