York, surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C. E. , Surveyor, Greenport, New
York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156, with the ordinary high water line of
Great Peconic Bay; running thenge North 64° 22' 10" East along the
northerly line of said West Bay Road, 177 feet, more or less, to a
point of-curve where the -said -northerly line of said West Bay Road join
the westerly line of Lowland Road; running thence northeasterly on a
curve to the left having a radius of 86 feet along the line of Lowland
Road 102.07 feet to a point, the chord of said curve being North 300 22
10" East, 96.18 feet; running thence northerly on a curve to the right
having a radius of 196 feet along the westerly line of Lowland Road as
said LowlAnd Road is shown on the map above referred to 54,05 feet to

of Nassau Point, " and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map
No. 156: (1) Northwesterly 100 feet, more or less, along the south-
westerly line of Little Peconic Bay-Road, the tie line of which runs
North 49° 19' West, 100 feet; thence (2) South 40' 00' West, 141.23
feet; and thence (3) South 54° 37' West, 13.33 feet, and from said point
of beginning running thence along land of Hansen, South 100 09' East,
273.14 feet to a bulkhead along Wunneweta Pond, thence along said bulk-
head, North 83° 29' East, 33 feet; thence along land of Hardy, three
courses and distances as .follows: (1) North 10° 14' West, 42.13 feet;
thence (2) South 791 51 ' West, 20.89 feet; and thence (3) North 10° 09'
West, 238.79 feet to the southerly side of Sailor' s Lane; thence along
said southerly side of Sailor' s Lane, South 541 37' West, 13.33 feet
to the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting said
premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
grantors herein by deed dated April 22, 1972 and recorded April 27,
1972 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 7149 of deeds at
