Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposalt(S.9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Cede compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. Olsen,attorney, Mattituck, N.Y. for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the buildings at this location. I was admitted to dwelling by Mr. Busching who accompanied me during this inspection that began at approximately 10:35 A.M. The dwelling is a one story wood frame structure with a one car garage attached to west side of building by a breezeway. Building contains two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired forced warm air furnace located in partial cellar of buildings cement block foundation. The following violation of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold, N.Y. was found: Entry-front entry, no means of controlling electric light in room at point of entry.
