that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at Nassau Point, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, being known and designated as Lot 418 on a certain
map entitled "Map of Section D, Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. , "
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May -
7th, 1926 as Map No. 806, which said Lot is bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of Little Peconic Bay Road
at the division line between Lots 417 and 418 on said map, said point
of beginning being distant the following two courses and distances from
a monument set at the Northeasterly end of a curve formed by the inter-
section of the Westerly line of Haywaters Road with the Northerly line
of Little Peconic Bay Road:
(1) South 44 degrees 42 minutes West, 42 feet, and t
(2) South 85 degrees 27 minutes West, 84.40 feet;
and free said point of beginning, RUNNING THENCE Westerly along the
Northerly line of Little Peconic Bay Road as it curves, the chord of
which bears North 89 degrees 09 minutes West, 103.28 feet to the div-
' ision line between Lots 418 and 419 on said map;
