LEE, his wife, do hereby expressly assume and agree to pay to the Southold Savings Bank, the mortgagee, its successors and assigns, the said unpaid principal balance of $15,981.45 together with interest thereon at the rate of seven and one-quarter ( 7 1/4%) percent per annum from the date hereof, according to the terms and tenor of a bond and mrtgage affecting the above described premises made on July 10, 1972 by GUY ZEUNER and VIRGINIA ZEUNER to' SOUTHOLD SAVINGS BANK and they hereby expressly assume and agree to pay the Southold Savings Bank, its successors and assigns, the taxes and other charges as provided in said bond and mortgage and agree to keep, perform and observe all the covenants and conditions -on the part of the obligor to be kept, performed and observed, according to the provisions of said mortgage, and the bond secured thereby with the same force and effect as if said instruments had originally been executed by, them, hereby ratifying and confirming all the terms , covenants and conditions of said bond and mortgage..
