Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate,Iyin ;and

Nes York, bounded and described as follaas:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound Avenue where the division line
"67- between premises herein described and land acquired by the Couumty of Suffolk ad-
joining on the west intersects the said northerly side of Sound Avenue; RUNNING THENCE
along said land of the County of Suffolk, north 14 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds
west 57 feet to the southerly side of Middle Road; THENCE along the said southerly
' side of Middle Road, north 75 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds east 703.29 feet to

Co.; THENCE along land of the Long Island Lighting Company the following two courses

16 minutes 00 seconds east 183.72 feet to the northerly side of Sound Avenue; THENCE
r/ along said northerly side of Sound Avenue, the following two courses and distances
t (1) north 85 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds west 180.80 feet; (2) north 79 degrees
56 minutes 00 seconds west 624.81 feet to land of County of Suffolk, at the point
or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to an easement 60 feet in width of The Long Island Lighting Company along
the easterly (Gilles) boundary.
TOGA fm with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in
and to those portion of Sound Avenue and Middle Road adjacent to said premises to the
center lines thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
�r4 by deed dated June 5, 1967 and recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
July 19, 1967 at Liber 6187 page 123.

Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the secondpart,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien'Law, covenants that,the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the pay-
ment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party”shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
