This conveyance issubjectto a certain mortgage executed by Edythe
Kujawski as mortgagor to The Federal Land Bank of Springfield as
mortgagee, which mortgage is dated May 15, 1975 and recorded in the
Offiee of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 19 , 1975 in
Liber 7336 , page 19 , and-on -which mortgage there is now due the sum
of $60,000 . 00 and that the party of the second part hereby agrees
to pay such mortgage debt with interest thereon as part of the con-
sideration for this conveyance.
