ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

known and designated as Lot No. 2, as shown on a certain map entitled "Map
of Syloret Estates", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on June 8, 1976, as Map No. 6390.
The grantors in accordance with the authorization set forth in Paragraph 10 of
Covenants and Restrictions dated May 24, 1976 and recorded in Liber 8072 cp
597 hereby agree to modify said Restrictions as they pertain to Lot No. 2 as follows:
a. Paragraph 1 is modified to reduce the minimum square footage of a one story
dwelling from 1, 200 .square feet to 1, 000 square feet and the requirements that
TAX MAP all garages must be attached are modified so that the grantees may construct a
DESIGNATION detached garage.
Dist- b. The Covenants also are modified so that it will permit the grantees permission
to plant pine trees for a wind screen at the rear of the property.
