Zilite, residing at 272 Jefferson Avenue, Franklin Square, New York 11010, party of the fust X ' part and Salvatore Caridi and Kathleen Caridi, his wife, residing at 7502 Austin Street, Apartment 6-L, Forest Hills, New York 11275, parties of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of �O ten dollars and other valuable consideration, paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby grant and release onto the parties of the second part, their heirs, executors and assigns forever, ' ALL THAT CERTAIN PLOT, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and ?; improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known as Lot 25 in Block 01.00, Section 054.00, District t 1000 of the Suffolk County Tax Map, which lot is bounded and described in the attached DISO1000 CT Schedule "A".
