Van Tuyl and Son, from surveys completed June 14, 1960, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County / - of Suffolk on August 30,1960, as Map No. 3230, and being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Deerfoot Path with the northerly side of Moose Trail; and RUNNING THENCE South 77a 27' 4011 West along the northerly side of _._ Moose Trail 125.27 feet to the northeasterly side of Beebe Drive; THENCE North 570 30' West along the northeasterly side of Beebe Drive 99.05 feet; THENCE North 41° 00' East 100.00 feet; THENCE North 76° 50' 20" East 113.42 feet to the westerly side of Deerfoot Path; THENCE South 13 09' 40" East along the westerly side of y Deerfoot Path 130.74 feet to the point or place of beginning.
