formerly of H. H. Reeve 286 feet to a monument set in the southerly
side of New Suffolk Avenue, the point or place of beginning.
Together with all the right , title and interest of the party
of the first part in and to New Suffolk Avenue in front of and
adjacent to said premises .
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Eva F. Sullivan by deed dated October 18,
1935 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office, in Liber 1835 of
Deeds at page 273.
