All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as and designated as and by the Lot Number
26, on a certain map entitled, "Map of ISeawood Acres, Section One" and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 26th,
1956, as Map No. 2575, which said lot is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of Seaweed Drive distant
650.00 feet northeasterly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the said northwesterly line of Seaweed Drive with the northeasterly line
of Seaweed Drive, said point of beginning also being where the north
easterly line of lot 27 as shown on said above map intersects the said
northwesterly line of Seaweed Drive;
Running thence North 63 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West along the said
northeasterly line of Lot 27, a distance of 125.00 feet;
Running thence North 26 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds East a distance
of 100.00 feet;
Running thence South 63 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East and along the
southwesterly line of lot 25 as shown on said map, a distance of 132.58
feet to the said northwesterly line of Seaweed Drive;
Running thence along the said northwesterly line of Seaweed Drive the
following two courses and distances:
1. South 33 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 68.25 feet; and
