Brown, own that certain property known as 325 Horton's Lane, Southold, New York and designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as: Dist. 1000, Sec. 63, Block 5, Lot 17. A copy of a survey of these premises, dated April 21, 1987, prepared by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C., Licensed Land Surveyors is attached hereto. THAT on personal knowledge, information and belief, your deponent can state that the structures shown on said survey, with the exception of a one-story addition to the rear of the dwelling for which Building Permit #7251Z was issued on May 14, 1974, and, subsequently, Certificate of Occupancy #Z10349 was issued on January 15, 1981, were built prior to April 23, 1957; that there have been no changes to said structures, other than normal maintenance, since prior to April 23, 1957.
