Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. The premises was purchased February 14, 1928 by my father, William H. Brown from DeForest Horton and mortgaged by Howard Tuthill. The house was built in the early 1930's by my parents, William H. & Jennie Brown. The garage was built in 1973 and Certificate of Occupancy #Z5188 is attached hereto. To my knowledge and belief, no other alterations were made to the premises that would require a Certificate of Occupancy.
