The premises was purchased February 14, 1928 by my father, William H. Brown from DeForest Horton and mortgaged by Howard Tuthill. The house was built in the early 1930's by my parents, William H. & Jennie Brown. The garage was built in 1973 and Certificate of Occupancy #Z5188 is attached hereto. To my knowledge and belief, no other alterations were made to the premises that would require a Certificate of Occupancy.
