June 28th, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C .E. , and Surveyor, Greenport,
New York", and filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County
on August 16th, 1922 as Map No. 156, which said portion is more particu
larly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of Lot No. 161 (Southerly `;
line of Lot No. 162) , distant 170 feet westerly from the intersection
of the Northerly line of Lot No. 161 (Southerly line of Lot No. 162) , with
the Westerly side of Nassau Point Road; running thence Southerly parallel
to the Nassau Point Road and at right angles to the northern line of
lot 161, 100 feet to the southerly line of lot 161; thence easterly along
the southerly lire of lot 161, 170 feet to the westerly side of Nassau
Point Road; thence northerly along the westerly side of Nassau Point
Road 100 feet to the northerly line of lot 161; thence westerly along
