Van Tuyl C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y. " and filed in the Office of the County Sr; Clerk of Suffolk County, N.Y. on August 16, 1922 under file j number 156. Also same lot number on "Map of Proposed Subdivision, Section A, Nassau Point Club Properties,Inc. , situate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, N.Y. " surveyed by Wallace H. Halsey C.E. , June 7, 1919 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of County of M Suffolk. ! BEING AND INTENDED TO BE, the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by a Deed made by Alfred Robert Kramer and Helen Margaret Kramer, his wife, dated April 25, 1963 and recorded t in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on May 1, 1963 in Liber 5340 of Deeds at Page 391.
