1967 as Map No. 4923.
SUBJECT to covenants and r is orded in Liber 6216, Page 256, on 9/7/67.
RESERVING unto the party th part for dedication of the Town of Southold
for highway purposes, a porta northwesterly part of the area designated as
"Residents Only" on the aforeme I d ap, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete mono

a shown on the aforementioned Imonument is distant South 80 37' 10" East,
177,27 feet from a monument set at the southeast corner of Lot 26 on said map; running
thence North 800 19' 20" Eat along the area shown as "Residents Only" on said map,
a distance of 60 feet more or less; thence South 50 30' 30" West, 270 feet more or
less to the high water mark of Corey Creek, as dredged.
Being and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part
by Deed dated 5/1/70, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on 5/8/70, in Liber 6740, Page 232.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;-TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered an whereby
the-said:,premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part Will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
