Hi Betty,
The Town is required to file a Tax Cap Form with the Office of the State Comptroller before adopting the budget. I have
completed that final step,so the Town Board can now proceed with adopting the 2016 budget which I dropped off
earlier this afternoon. A copy of the e-mail that I received from the State Comptroller's office confirming that the Tax
Cap Form has been submitted is attached to this email.
