1/19/49 as Map No. 1672, which said lot is bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the extreme Easterly end of a curve connecting the
Southerly side of Captain Kidd Drive and the Easterly side of Linda Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 77 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds East,
along the southerly side of Captain Kidd Drive, 75. 00 feet;
THENCE South 12 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East, along the
division line between lots 166 and 167, 132. 34 feet;
THENCE South 77 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds West, 62. 35 feet;
THENCE South 75 degrees 19 minutes 10 seconds West, 37. 67 feet
to the Easterly side of Linda Road;
THENCE North 12 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West, along the
Easterly side of Linda Road, 108. 72 feet to the extreme southerly end of
the curve first mentioned;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve bearing to the right, having
a radius of 25. 00 feet, a distance of 39. 27 feet to the point or place of
