SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY OCTOBER 15, 2015
A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was
held at the Southold Town Hall Annex, Capitol One Bank Building, First Floor Conference
Room, 54375 Main Road at Youngs Avenue, Southold on Thursday October 15, 2015
commencing at 5:00 P.M.

Absent: Gerard P. Goehringer, Member
Call to Order at 5:04 P.M. by Chairperson Weisman.
STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEWS:
A. New Applications: reviews (pending)
WORK SESSION:
A. Requests from Board Members for future Agenda items.
B. Update on Code Committee, bulkhead setbacks and ZBA/Trustees concurrent
jurisdiction.
C. ZBA Budget Hearing,—possible penalty fees for"as built" construction seeking
relief.
DELIBERATIONS/POSSIBLE DECISIONS/RESOLUTIONS: The Board continued with
agenda items, and commenced deliberations on the following applications. The original
determinations of each of the following applications as decided are filed with the Southold
Town Clerk:

Vote of the Board:Ayes:All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0). Member Goehringer was
absent.
RESOLUTIONS/UPDATED REVIEWS/OTHER:
A. RESOLUTION ADOPTED:Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded
by Member Schneider, to authorize advertising of hearings for the next
Regular Meeting to be held November 5, 2015 at 8:00 AM. Vote of the Board:
Ayes:All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0). Member Goehringer was
absent.
B. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman,
seconded by Member Schneider, to approve minutes from Regular Meeting
held October 1, 2015. Vote of the Board: Ayes:All. This Resolution was duly
adopted (4-0). Member Goehringer was absent.

There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time, Member
Schneider declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 6:38 P.M.
