BEGINNING at a point the following three courses and distances from the inter-
section of the easterly line of Elijah's Lane with the northerly line of l7ain Road;
1) easterly along the northerly side of Main Road 784. 94 feet to the southwest
corner of a 50 foot right of way;
2) running thence south 860 00' 00" east 57. 92 feet to the southeast corner of a
50 foot right of way;
3) running thence along the easterly side of a 50 foot right of way north 260 19' 20"
east 320. 00 feet to the point of beginning; running thence along the easterly side of
a 50 foot right of way north 260 19' 20" west 350. 00 feet to land now or formerly
of Adel; running thence north 630 40' 40" east 444. 43 feet to land now or formerly
of Cross; running thence south 260 19' 20" east 350. 00 feet to other land now or
formerly of Adel; running thence south 630 40' 40" west 444. 43 feet to the easterly
side of a 50 foot right of way, the point or place of beginning;
TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and egress over a certain 50 foot right of
way adjoining premises to the west bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Main Road, said point being 784. 94
feet easterly as measured along the northerly line of Main Road from its inter-
isection with the easterly line of Elijah's Lane;
running thence north 260 19' 20" west 990, 76 feet;
running thence north 630 40' 40" east 50. 00 feet;
running thence south 260 19' 20" east 1020. 00 feet to the northerly side of Main Road;
running thence along the northerly side of Main Road north 860 00' 00" west 57. 92
feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with and includit the right, title, and interest of the grantor here-
in to that portion of the said/50 foot right of way immediately adjoining and contigu-
ous to the subject premises being conveyed by the grantor to the grantees herein,
subject to rights of others to travel over same.
SUBJECT to Covenants, Easements, and Restrictions of record.
The grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in Deed dated 9/28/72 re-
corded 10/13/72 in Liber 7261 page 219.
