and Lot Number 7 on said map intersects the northeasterly side of
Skunk Lane (formerly Bay Avenue) , said point of beginning being dis-
tant 400 feet westerly, when measured along the northerly side of
Skunk Lane (formerly Bay Avenue) , from its intersection with the
westerly side of Pine Tree Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 75 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds West along the
northerly side of Skunk Lane (formerly Bay Avenue) , 100 feet to other
land of Petrucci;
THENCE North 02 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds West along said last men-
tioned land 257. 09 feet to land now or formerly of Garrett;
