filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 10, 1940 as Map Number 1310, more y
particularly bounded and described as follows:
EEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Sailors Needle (Private Road) at the inter-
section of the dividing line between lots 11 and 12 on aforesaid map with the easterly side
of Sailors Needle; running thence northerly along the easterly side of Sailors Needle on
the are of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 160 feet a distance of 39.31 feet;
running thence North 840 41' 00" East, 115 feet more or less to James Creek; running
thence southerly along James Creek 70 feet more or less to the northerly side of said
Lot 11; running thence North 820 49' 50” West along the northerly side of said Lot 11 j

was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 27th, 1922, under number 770, as I!
