WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

SECTION surveyed December 16, 19 8 by Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport
063.00 N.Y. , and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the
18th day.of July, 1969 as Map No. 5337.

07.00 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated September 3, 1982, and recorded at the office of the Clerk
LOT of the County of Suffolk on September 17, 1982, in Liber 9243 of Conveyances
012.000 at Page 238.
TOGETHER WITH an easement over the streets as shown on said trap, but excepting
and reserving unto Mary J. Grigonis in deed dated 4/14/72 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 5/1/72 in Liber 7151, page 09,
her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, the fee to said streets and
all franchise rights therein and the right of dedication of said streets to
the proper governmental agency for street purposes.
SUBJECT to the provisions of the declaration recorded by Mary J. Grigonis on
9/10/69 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 6620,
page 377. SUBJECT TO telephone easement recorded in Liber 6718, page 414.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duty executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
