DICKERSON, residing at (no #) Wickham Avenue, Mattituck, New York, and HAROLD FEINBERG, residing at 55 Herrick Road, Southampton, New York, ::ORRECTION party of the first part, and MATTITUCK PARK DISTRICT, a municipal corporation DEED - NO organized and created under and by virtue of the Laws of the State rRANSFof New York, having its office and principal place of business at TAX l (no #) Main Road, Mattituck, New York, ,v« W party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, \^1 ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being isAbcx at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and descriwo j as follows: BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly ij side of Old Road (Tuthill Lane) with the northwesterly side of Wickham Avenue (Middle Road - C.R. 27) ; thence North 1° 54 ' 30" East along the easterly side of Old Road, 116.07 feet; thence North 50 49 ' 10" East, still along the easterly side of Old Road, 70. 05 feet; thence North 210 24 ' 40" East still along the easterly side of Old Road, 18.50 feet to land now or formerly of Ruland; thence South 190 21' 40" East along the last mentioned land 95.18 feet to the northwesterly side of Wickham Avenue; thence South 23° 32 ' 00" West along the northwest side of Wickham Avenue 123. 39 feet to the corner at the point or place of BEGINNING. This deed is given for the purpose of correcting an error in the description of a deed between the party of the first part hereto to the party of the second part hereto dated April 23 , 1974 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 7628 cp 121. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TC HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not clone or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
