I depose and state that in my personal knowledge the premises now known as 5000 Peconic Bay Boulevard in Laurel, New York at some time prior to 1950 the buildings existing thereon consisted of a brick two story residence about 34 feet by 42 feet in size and a brick auxili- ary building about 18 feet by 20 feet in size.
