BEGINNING at the southwest corner thereof at a stake set at the point
of intersection of the northerly side of Mill Road with the easterly
side of Luthers Road; running thence N. 7° 30' W. along the easterly

to another stake set in the southerly line of land now or formerly of
Otis Cox; running thence along the southerly line of land last men-

Continued from Page 1 of Indenture between Diana Sennello, a
single woman, party of the first part, and James E. Sennello, a
single man, party of the second part:
the garden parcel late of Amelia Forman and designated as Plot
No`. 5 on map entitled, "Nabichauge Farm, Cox' s Neck, Mattituck,
L. I. ", made by M.V. Liddell, Engineer, Mattituck, L. I. , May 25,
1922 and which according to said map is bounded and described as
follows: -
BEGINNING at the northwest corner thereof at a stake set at the
point of intersection of the southerly side of Mill Road with the
easterly line of property now or formerly belonging to the Estate
of William Wood; running thence S. 5° 32' E. Along the easterly
line of land mentioned 135 feet more or less to the northerly mar-
gin of Howards Creek; running thence easterly along the northerly
margin of said creek 284. 7 feet to the southeast corner of the
premises herein described; and running thence N. 1° 40' E. '171 feet
more or less to a stake set on the southerly side of the Mill Road
a (said last mentioned stake being distant S. 13° 20' E. 50. 1 feet
measured across Mill Road from the stake set at the terminus of the
next to last course and distance mentioned in the parcel first here-
inabove described) ; running thence westerly along the southerly
side of the Mill Road 300 feet to the stake at the point or place
of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to land lying within the bounds or under the
water of Howards Creek adjacent to said premises including any and
all riparian rights therein.
