91.28 feet to a concrete monument and which monument is distant 108.72
feet southerly measured along said easterly line of the land of Carl
G. Davidson from another monument set at the northeasterly corner of
the land of said Davidson and the southerly line of Naugles Drive;
running thence in a general easterly direction, North 71° 19 ' 50"
East a distance of 111.68 feet to a concrete monument set on the
westerly line of Naugles Drive; running thence in a general southerly
direction along said westerly line of Naugles Drive, South 16° 14 '
10 East a distance of 91.36 feet to a concrete monument; thence
running in a general westerly direction along land of Stanley J. and
Josephine A. Waloski, South 71° 19' 50" West a distance of 107 .08 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
PARCEL TWO - BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the south—
westerly line of Naugles Drive at the southeasterly corner of land
of Waloski, Liber 3123, page 379, and being the northeasterly corner
of the premises herein described; running thence along said south-
westerly line of Naugles Drive, South 16° 14 ' 10" East a distance of
133 .26 feet to the center line of a certain 20 foot right of way;

102.32 feet; thence running in 'a general northerly direction along

of Waloski; thence running along said land of Waloski in a general

to the point or place of beginning. '

Bend of the premisesherein described
TOGETHER with a right of way over the 10 feet adjoining the
southerly line of said premises for the purpose of ingress and egress
between said premises and Naugles Drive. It being the intention of
the parties hereto that the party of the second part shall have a fee
title in the said southerly 10 feet of the premises hereby conveyed,
but subject, however, to an easement of right of way over the same.
