THIS INDENTURE, made the 28th day of November nineteen hundred and seventy-five
BETWEEN HARRY PUMILLO, residing at (no number) Main Road,
Cutchogue, New York,
party of the first part, and

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being k9kK at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
,r and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
13EGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Main Street where
the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Levin and the
southwesterly corner of premises hereinafter described intersects
same; said point being distant 180 feet, more or less, northeasterly
from the northerly end of the curve connecting the northeasterly
side of New Suffolk Road with the southeasterly side of Main Street;
running thence along the southeasterly side of Main Road, North 361
09 ' East 105. 65 feet to land now or formerly of Wickham Estates;
running thence along said land the following two (2) courses and
distances: 1) South 490 50 ' 30" East 302 . 53 feet; and 2) South 28°
32 ' East 51. 80 feet to land now or formerly of The North Fork Bank
and Trust Company; running thence along said land the following
three (3) courses and distances: 1) South 67° 11 ' West 56.18 feet;
2) North 480 44 ' West 32 . 80 feet; 3) South 690 22 ' West 46. 07 feet
to land now or formerly of Levin; running thence along said land
North 490 10 ' 40" West 262. 62 feet to the southeasterly side of
Main Road and the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to the
grantor herein by deed dated 9/30/71 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office 10/6/71 in Liber 7021, page 300.

malls abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHL IZ with the appurtenances

HOLT) the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the patty of the tint part covenants that the party of the first part las not done or suffered anything
whereby the >aid premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien L.aw, covenants that the party of
the first part gill receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration a, a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will appfi
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "iiak" shall lie construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
